Healthy Mind Counseling accepts most insurance plans and are on the panel of many managed care companies. As a courtesy, we bill your insurances company for you. However, we would like you to pay your copay and/or deductible at the time of service.

If you plan to use your insurance, please check with your carrier to verify the terms of coverage.

The number to reach them can be found on your insurance card. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

You can check your coverage carefully by calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my copay?

  • Has my deductible been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

PRIVATE PAY:

Many people choose to pay for their services privately.

PAYMENT:

We accept check, cash, and credit card payments. 

FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may incur a $50 no-show fee.
